As closing approaches, confirm all items are in order with your agent so the final steps proceed smoothly. We coordinate the details to ensure a seamless and stress-free closing.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer will perform a final walk-through the day of or before closing to confirm the property condition matches the Purchase Agreement and no seller items remain.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After closing, we’ll provide a checklist of contacts to cancel home services and utilities.

Be Prepared

Unexpected issues can arise late in the process. If a loan delay or appliance failure occurs, we’ll manage the resolution and keep the transaction on track.

Closing

At closing, the seller, buyer, and closing agent sign settlement documents detailing final financial transactions. If you cannot attend, we can advise on alternatives. Proceeds can be wired or paid by check per closing arrangements. Provide keys and property information to the buyer at closing—once documents are signed, the sale is complete.
